Heartrate Pulse Health Monitor is an app tool developed and operated by us, used to record heart rate data (including HRV trends) and track health indicators such as activity, exercise, standing, and walking. You are not allowed to use the application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the application.
By uploading or inputting your user content into the application, you grant us a non-exclusive and revocable license to process, store, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing core services of the application. We will not sell, share, or use your user content for unrelated purposes without your explicit consent.
All content and materials provided on the application, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of us or our licensors, protected by copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property laws. You shall not infringe upon our intellectual property rights through your actions, and shall not copy or distribute derivative works of the application's content or materials. This clause shall survive the termination of this agreement.
We provide services based on current technology and conditions, but cannot foresee or prevent all risks, including but not limited to force majeure, viruses, hacker attacks, system instability, third-party service defects, government actions, which may cause service interruptions or data loss. You acknowledge and accept such risks.
Your use of the application is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it carefully, as it describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. The Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into these Terms of Service and forms an integral part hereof.
We may modify, interrupt, suspend, or terminate services. We reserve the right to interrupt or terminate services without notice in the following cases:
(1) You provide false personal information or fail to provide reasonable proof for inconsistent registration information;
(2) You violate relevant laws, regulations, or this agreement;
(3) Required by laws, regulations, or competent authorities;
(4) For safety or other necessary reasons.
This application cannot replace professional healthcare. If you have abnormal heart rate, persistent discomfort, or other health issues, please consult a doctor immediately.
